What is the capital of Switzerland? Excactly: Bern. And whats their dialect called? Bärndütsch. Lots of Swiss love this dialect as it sound really cozzy and likeable. Actually I would go so far to say that its the most popular dialect in Switzerland.

Like all dialects this one comes also with lots of words that the people from other swissgerman parts dont understand. But lots of the young people from Bern would probably understand it neither.
